Women hear me. When a man shows you aggressive behavior it is not fine. He is not harmless. Make it overtly clear that it is not acceptable. I don't care who he is to you or what you think you know about him. You don't know what he is capable of. Report it all. Don't think you can control any one. Do not let him come over and if he shows up unexpectedly do not let him in. He is not harmless. If he doesn't go away don't threaten to call the police...CALL THE POLICE. Stop thinking you have it under control...you do not. The only person you can control is yourself.

@@sdmsdm7926 I get what your saying but it takes money to build new prisons to house inmates, it takes money to feed inmates. Are you willing to pay higher taxes to institutionalize these people for life. . Secondly, the death penalty is not slowing down the murder rate in the states that do still employ the death penalty. These people are housed for twenty plus years because of the rights they have to have their cases retried. That in turn is a fortune in money spent on these criminals on top of feeding them on top health care etc. For the dp to really work once a criminal has been given the dp, it needs to be carried out almost immediately I would think. But then the problem with that is for those who are truly innocent.. Tria Times would. Take even longer because they'd have to be Absolutely sure they were guilty. It's. Not so simple

The laws in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Europe must change or the same murderers will commit more murders and or feel as if they got off easy. The man has obviously planned the murder according to the investigators, he brought the knife that was used to kill her to the murder scene (which the investigators found later after he talked about it on the phone), he made sure to get sleeping pills prescription before the murder, so he can claim he was sleeping at the time of the murder, so according to the justice system someone can plan and kill an innocent person who may no longer wish to date you and he gets the option to be released after only 17 years, and they call it justice? Alicia was only 23 years old and will never gets to do all the things she planned or dreamed of doing, but her murderer will most likely resume his life after only 17 years in prison. The man cut a throat of young woman, for this he will probably get life and no possibility for parole in the US, this is if was done in a state that there is no death sentence.

Evidence may not lie but it takes unbiased honesty among the team working to figure out what evidence means. As an exercise you can take a lot of so-called evidence, put a different, plausible explanation of events, and that evidence can support it as well. If they are out to "prove" a certain person guilty they are not looking at all that evidence might mean. And the simplest explanation is NOT always what happened. Forensic evidence is far from a simple matter.
