But he who kills cold blood, he who kills merciless, he who has already been involved in crimes and violences against human beings..., well, there's no reason to have him alive, knowing he'll always remain a danger for society.

A few years ago, a man killed his wife and dismembered her body, throwing pieces here and there like garbage. Investigators lost for some reason the killer's trail, and when he was finally busted, his lawyers managed to find out explanations for his crime so keen and smart that there was no way to convict the man: he hasn't done not even a single hour in prison, nothing at all!, and he's as free as a bird, enjoying the money gotten from the life insurance priorly signed. Is that justice? Shoplifters who have stolen goods for 60 euros worth, even though had no previous crime on their record, got jailed four months. Killers who killed one, two, three people walk free after three years or five...

The premeditated lengths the unsub went to execute this murder is mind boggling 🤯! I’m thoroughly impressed with the police forensic techniques but the speed that this was processed is phenomenal! I am gobsmacked at the sentencing , until I realized it was “a non-parol period of 13 yrs and 7 months” that DOESN’T MEAN this demented deviant ONLY gets 13 years, IT MEANS he can’t go for parole UNTIL 13 years and 7 months has passed, THEN he can solicit parole but that doesn’t guarantee him parole. I’m sure Carmens family will be at the first “hearing’ this degenerate gets ! For the SOLE PURPOSE, in reminding the panel the horrendously horrific, savage injustice this beautiful women endured! I know if she were in my family....I'd be this guys own personal 'Karma' at every parole hearing. ! The program is VERY INTERESTING ! I’m going to subscribe ! Well done! 👍

27:02 I always feel bad for laughing while watching any sort of true crime vids, but "dance of the wheelie bins" really got me. For some reason, it made me think of Dances With Wolves, but with all the characters replaced by wheelie bins dressed up in costumes, with the lids flapping open and shut to emulate speaking. Sounds like something bored college students would make and put on KZbin.

A non-parole period of 13 years? Hardly worth the effort of concealing the crime at all! If he'd just turned himself in at the beginning he would have probably only done 5 to 7 years. The sentences given in the U.K. are ludicrously lenient.
@flaviarenevey67193 жыл бұрын
And I'm lenient towards you for not knowing that Auckland is NOT in the U.K's.

@@flaviarenevey6719 You are indeed correct. However, it is fair to say that since being under Brittish control until the mid 19rh century, they are likely to be heavily influenced by Brittish lawmaking and criminal justice system. But my point regarding lenient sentencing still stands, if this case is any indication. Thanks for your being lenient with me, I didn't mean to question Aukland's autonomy.

@rmooreg3 жыл бұрын
@@flaviarenevey6719 Yes, it is life with no parole for at least 13 years. Which means that, depending on his age, he will almost certainly be paroled at some point. If not in 13 years, then possibly 15,18 or 20 years. If he is 30 years old currently, that puts him back on the streets at age 50 or less. Still young enough to have and act on his nasty urges and appetites. Just that possibility is unacceptable. Just my opinion of course. The risk is simply too great to all the women who would be within his target range.

What a complete utter POS! The lengths he went to, to not only commit the murder, but to conceal it warrants the death penalty at best. At least, life in prison. The outcome is disgusting.

@lewthrasher41943 жыл бұрын
Something that is sad is the police do so much leg work to put a case together to get a perpetrator sent to jail . It appears that this happens all around the world. The perpetrator in many cases don't do much time for such a horrific crime. Killing her wasn't enough. The gross actions against a corpse is disgusting. He should never walk free again. Nobody in his presence or associated with him is puting their life at risk.
