And its always important to check on the age of the person before you date then, for example if a predator said they were sixteen to get with girls, and you found out that they aren't who they appear to be, don't always be too trusting of liars if they are not 16 then don't go with strangers who can kidnap you, just listen to your.elders who are looking out for you, and don't lie, it's always best to tell the truth.

I'm well passed the teen years and I made it passed 18 with out any of those apps and now at 33 years old I still don't fool around with those chat rooms not even the ones that are for adults it's nice to meet people and become friends with people but do it the old school way I'm glad my mom and dad told me to stay off those apps when I was a kid and I made passed 18 taking their advise and still stay away from chat rooms in my 30s out of respect for my parents kids if your parents are telling you to stay away from certain apps even if it's says it's for kids take your parents advise because there's creepy adults 18 and up that pretend to by minors and there are some predators that are minors you'll thank your parents later and like I said even me I still listen to my parents because they will always be my parents and I will always respect them

Parents should always let their children know that before they go anywhere with someone, the mom or dad will have to call the other child's mom/dad to confirm that they gave permission for their child to be with the other person. Parents should also let their child know that, at no time are they to stop talking when a parent enters the room because there should be no information the child is withholding from their parents.
