The judge is wrong for how she handled the case. I understand the teen is wrong in the matter, but the delivery of the judge isn’t right. She talked over the little girl, don’t ask people to speak and then speak over them.

Shame on Judge Judy for this episode. If there were prior problems and patterns that led to this situation then the 2015 story should have been told. Specifically to shine more background on the root of the problem and the case. IMO. 🤷🏾‍♀️

It's not relevant. She's suing for the recent incident. The inciting incident in 2015 was resolved at that point. It didn't justify her going into a public place and macing a grown woman unprovoked. You think Judge Judy would've said "oh she did this in 2015? Okay, you're fine, you did the right thing." That's bonkers.

"Imma girl I don't like playing tackle football" I KNOW THAT'S RT! The plaintiff is foul for attacking a 13 yr old child, 1st off. JJ talks to Bk litigants different than the Yt ones, especially the young ones👀 Even still she shouldn't have walked up initiating with an adult who had attacked her before, that's how ppl get killed.

Y’all kill me talking about the girl is so “well spoken”. Meanwhile her mother is passive acting. There is a lot of “well spoken” men in prison too. Your point is. If the woman truly pulled her hair like the girl claim… it sure did not evoke the type of anger I’d expect from a mother or the child that claimed it was done to her. I think the 2015 story is bogus. The little girl is already slick by the mouth and is a pro at telling her mother half truths. She better watch out. She got something on her hands.

The 2015 story is true. the woman didn't even deny it. she's standing there proud. glad she got pepper sprayed. if i ever see my abusers from when i was a child...there will be hell to pay. idc how long ago it was, you don't abuse children.
@Kaboomboo
@Kaboomboo 2 жыл бұрын
@@namizou3305 I think the two girls got into a fight and the mother pulled them apart, and accidentally pulled her hair. She certainly wasn't just standing there while the daughter was crying, and I'm certain she didn't ask her what happened just to pull her hair before getting an answer. The reason why the lady didn't deny it is because it's not relevant to the case at hand, so why waste her breath?

Dang, can you imagine being a grown ass woman and being so insecure that you feel the need to sue a child for acting out? If the plaintiff was a dude she’d have major small eggplant energy. You talk to her, talk to her parents, whatever and hope she learns a lesson and grows out of it. What you DON’T DO as a GROWN ASS WOMAN is spend months and months of your energy and time trying to take a high school girl to court on top of already getting the police involved. As if the two of you are on the same level. 🤦‍♀️ 🤦‍♀️
