He will only be 40 ish if he is released after minimum time... unless he gets some major help while in prison, he is going to be a serious danger to the public. He didn't knock him out cold, he kicked him in the head and chest with steel toe boots! and then left him there, alone. Self defense my A**. He didn't call 911. He said people were there, but he didn't yell or ask for help or for bystanders to call 911!! I disagree with the detective; eye witness is NOT better than video. Videos don't lie, mis-remember, or forget.

Something horrible of a similar nature happened in Billings Mt where i live. The gentleman died and NOTHING happened to the teenagers who beat him to death . It is heinous This happened a couple years ago. The victims name was Denis Osborne. Very sad his family and him received no justice.
