Hi, I'm Olivia I'm 17. I've been doing neurofeedback for 14 years. I do neurofeedback when my parents notice that I am stressed or overwhelmed or particularly anxious one day and so you know typically it'll happen when I need to wash my hair because I don't like the goop in my hair and I'll do my homework or read a book or watch a show on low volume and depending on how I'm feeling we'll do the 30 minutes or the extended version. Typically afterwards I'll feel like more relaxed and a little bit more focused um and I think that like if you're looking for you know a short-term response they're not going to find it because it's it's a long-term development and so I think over the years I've learned how to like relax a little bit more when I feel stressed and neurofeedback has helped me do better in my life and not feel overwhelmed.
