I know they probably don’t care about the money but I was in a hit and run, police didn’t care. I was 9 months pregnant and we both almost died. Years later I found out I could have sued my car insurance for my injuries and I didn’t know that at the time. Maybe with that money they can pay for a private investigator before it’s too late to track evidence.

This is why Virginia residents don’t venture to Maryland, anymore. I used to go to the National Harbor every other weekend. But since Maryland doesn’t recognize Virginia’s concealed carry permits, Maryland criminals know that people with Virginia car plates in Maryland are completely defenseless and are easier prey.

Thinking that your car was valet parked and finding that it has been STOLEN is not the same as being CARJACKED. Carjacking poses the very real possibility or potential of violence, even deadly violence, to the driver and passengers. I never thought there was any confusion distinguishing the difference between the two crimes until I heard this guy in the video speak on it.
