THIS STORY:
Quincee was blessed with beauty, talent, love, and laughter that unfortunately she and the world sometimes couldn't see. She loved all the good times with family and friends, which will become cherished memories, loved poetry, art, and photography, liked being unique and had a great sense of humor. Her smile or laugh was contagious and could lighten the darkest places. She was the most giving and caring person and had a love for animals, nature and people.

The Angel face you see is the Haserot, named “The Angel of Death Victorious". The stoic angel is seated on the marble gravestone of canning entrepreneur Francis Haserot and his family. Holding an extinguished torch upside-down, it represents a symbol of life extinguished. Wings are outstretched and the gaze is straight ahead.
IN THE END, DEATH ALWAYS WINS. LEST THE FACES NOT BE FORGOTTEN...
This channel is focused on casually walking and viewing a handful of the thousands of forgotten names and faces at various cemeteries near and afar. Seeing their faces up close. And when able, telling the stories behind their names.
Most graves are unknown and lost to history.
Some are famous.
And some infamous....
....and some with tragic endings.

A little back story on Quincee’s headstone. Quincee was an artist so I knew she needed a monument that was special. I found a company in Memphis that specializes in unique headstones. I took a trip there and they designed her stone perfectly. I wasn’t in a hurry I wanted it to be perfect. I knew I wasn’t able to send her to college or pay for her wedding so this purchase was all of those things plus everything else she wouldn’t be her to experience… very sad 😢 The day the headstone was hit the Wagners and my family were on our annual Dylan and Quincee trip (Disney World that year) my first response was pure sadness but after much thought I figured whoever did hit it must really be going through something and all I could do was pray they would get help. I’m pretty sure it was someone she knew that didn’t know how to cope with their emotions. In the end I went through the hardest thing in the world losing my daughter. A stone can be fixed but she cannot be brought back. We fixed her original headstone… just the way it was before. She will continue to be loved and missed every second of every day. All money collected will go to her and Dylan’s scholarship fund. We choose a student that share a story of hope and overcoming something horrible in their life. These students share real life horrible things that have happened to them and share with us how they overcame them. Our first recipient just graduated from veterinarian school 👍

Hello Ron, I am Quincee’s mom ❤️ I would like to say thank you for honoring my daughter in one of your videos. Although not all the information was accurate I thought you did a good job with the information you were given. I have come to terms with 11 years later and everyone that was knew and loved Quincee has a different story to tell about her. The Wagners (Dylan’s family)and my family are on our annual Quincee and Dylan trip. (Hawaii this year) We watched this video together and all had mixed reviews… we are the mama bears protecting our kids. All and all you did a nice tribute to her and who she was as a person. Our children are missed every second of every day and loved so much by so many. Losing her changed my whole life. I have learned through the years to live life, love always, and try not to judge others. That’s what Quincee taught me… to be a better person ❤️💔

I'm sorry for your loss, and I know your pain. I lost my sixteen-year-old son to suicide 21 months ago. Though I haven't learned to live my life again yet, I have become a better person by helping others. I honored my son by doing a scholarship in his name for two of his classmates last year. I miss him dearly, he was my buddy. I wear his socks, carry his wallet, sleep with his pillows and drive his car. I think about him many times every day.

I was bullied in school; even by the teachers. I came close to ending it myself.I can so relate to this. I had a friend that did commit suicide at 17 (October 1972); she was smart, talented, pretty, loved horses & was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She was one of the few that didn’t tease me; she was very popular, but went out of her way to befriend me. It’s been 49 years almost to the day, & as I write this I’m crying & missing Elaine still. This is a very real problem; made worse by social media. I’m almost certain that if Facebook etc had been around then, I would have joined her in tragedy. Thanks for sharing this. Ppl if you see someone showing these signs please, PLEASE! do something, anything to help them! Sometimes all it takes is a kind word

Tracy the first one was put up by Quincee's family. It took her mother 3 years to afford the one she selected for her daughter. It was attacked and destroyed in short time. Yes it was sweet a friend of Quincee's started a Go Fund me. To replace the original. It wasn't the friends money that bought it. It was the donation of many. No disrespect to the friend and those that donated. However there is no comparison on the value of the headstones. The original one placed there by her loving family. That raised her, loved her and took care of her all the years of her life Far out weighs the value of the replacement. It's not always just about the $$$ or how fancy it is. Some of us value love on a far higher scale..

I can’t understand how anyone can destroy a grave site/ headstone. Not just the disrespect toward the dead, but mostly their loved ones who are left behind with the difficult journey through the grieving process. It’s like insult to injury when someone invades or destroy that. I also like to wander through graveyards, especially older ones with some history. I find a real sense of peacefulness. It’s nice to think of it’s residents, however they died, that they may be at peace now. I’m in Australia and really enjoy your videos. Thank you for sharing 😌

This is why bullying that results in suicide should be charged with capital murder. Meets all the requirements: malice and forethought. Only thing different is the weapon used. Ill-feelings, ostracization, being an outcast all can kill as surely as a bullet under the right conditions. They killed that girl the same as if they picked up a gun and pulled the trigger themselves. They should face the same punishment if one plans the killing of someone and carries it out, be it killing directly or indirectly. There are only two punishments for Capital Murder: Life Without Parole or Capital Punishment aka The Death Penalty by one of three methods: Lethal Injection, Hanging or Shooting via Firing Squad. If a future bully tries to drive a victim to suicide and knows if caught he faces Life Without Parole or a Death Sentence, he might think twice about it.

My daughter went through bullying very bad at a Catholic school and they blamed my daughter for this all over a boy, parents were like not our kids and she talked about cutting herself then wanted to commit suicide. This was at the age of 13 it took her over a year to bounce back. I'm here to say listen to your kids no matter what!!! DONT GIVE UP!! I myself am a survivor of suicide never give up

I'm so glad that you are covering such an imperative topic. I served as a AFSP Suicide Prevention Advocate on the state and federal level for many years. I am a survivor of suicide and have recently lost two dear friends to suicide. Mental illness has always been stigmatized so much that it's seen as shameful to ask for help. It's especially hard for young people. I hope this video helps someone in need. It's time we end the stigma around mental health and let it be know that life can get better...all you have to do is ask for help. 💜

This made me burst into tears I can't stop crying because it hits way too close to home for me. I remember being the exact same age as Quincee I was newly 15 when one night I decided to ingest a bottle of pills but luckily my dad found me because I went and hugged him and told him I loved him which I never did so I think he got suspicious. I got rushed to the hospital and had to drink liquid charcoal to get the pills out of me. I ended up dropping out of school because if it. I had just lost my mom the year before to a accidental drug overdose and my first boyfriend I thought I was in love with broke up with me so I decided I didn't wanna be here anymore and I wanted to go find my mom. That was 15 years ago and I now have 3 beautiful kids who I live for every day. I remember how sad I felt and I'm so very sorry this lovely young girl had to endure that type of pain. I can't imagine how her parents feel I hope they are doing well. She sounded like a beautiful soul who left this earth far too early. Rest in heaven Quincee your story will stick with me forever 💜

I tried to end my life when I was ten due to the abuse I got from male and female teachers at school. Our next door neighbors stop me when thay seen me hang a rope from my parents carport. As a teen I turned to alcohol to stop the memorys. Now i don't drink have great husband and adult children. Life is still hard. I have 3 children that were home school. I will never ever trust any teachers ever again.

So sad. I'm a senior now and never had things like social media growing up. We played outside and interacted with other kids playing games and the like , never really worried about what others thought....we were kids all growing together . I wish kids today would go back to that just a bit , put those damn phones away and really get to know others in person , not just someone in the internet . It makes life real and on a whole different way then we see now. Sure we had bad times and good but we got thru those and continued to grow together , not listening to stuff on social media but in person . I so wish we could go back to those times , what a better place it would be.
