From what it seems Baki has had really strong rivals that has helped him grow. From what we seen from Yujiro, it was mostly against military soldiers and in the Baki universe, the military doesn't have that good of a reputation when it comes to fighting martial artists. This means that Yujiro didn't really have a strong rival to fight with regularly. You could say unchained, but we don't know how much they fought or even if they fought at all. What we have seen is Yujiro low-diff waves of military soldiers. Meanwhile, Baki has been fighting rivals that has helped in grow rapidly, for example at 13 being beaten at low diff against the boxing champion, to take that experience and train for a month, coming back and showing that if they fought now, Baki would no diff every boxer in the room at the same time to the point that the boxing champion became irrelevant for the rest of the story. So I'd say the win goes to Baki, simply because Yujiro didn't have that many stepping stones to help him get stronger. Meanwhile Baki has had all the characters we seen and Yujiro which is both a template and goal for the world strongest.

I know this is a little off topic for this video and I've said this before but one of my headcanon theories is yujiro may have accidentally killed his father because yuchiro intentionally dropped his guard in a training match with yujiro when yujiro was around 13 or 15 years old and that may have drove yujiro even more insane because yujiro knows his father would have been able to beat him at that age and the reason why yuchiro might have let himself die by yujiros hands it because he didn't want to kill yujiro and there were possibly many other reasons but since yujiro accidentally killed his father might be one of the reasons yujiro went insane and wants baki to be strong enough to kill him I'm not sure if this theory makes sense to anyone and it's just a thought but I think it's an interesting theory I'm not sure if the time line's up but as we all know in baki the time line's don't make much sense anyway

Before I even watch my guess is Baki clears young Yujiro. Yujiro never had to fight against his prime actual self at the same age as Baki. The only thing that could debunk this is if we find out Yujiro fought his father at some point

Baki should almost certainly cook his Fathers younger iteration based on the wild encounters Baki has had. While he was definitely weaker, Muhammed Ali Sr. was still relevant to a younger Yujiro. The narrative and Ali Sr. both consistently say that Ali Jr. is superior to his father in every aspect except his mentality, and yet Baki was able to school Jr. well before he hit his peak.

Mentality means a lot. He was second guessing himself against Baki and Baki even said Ali Jr would've one shot him. Id still say Ali sr is superior because they only say that because it was post prison Ali that got sluggish that he was able to tire out. When Ali sr hit Baki he went flying and damn near koed him in that straight right.

@sky-oq5mr Even still, post prison Ali was the one that went up against Yujiro, not an idealized version of himself. Ali Jr. basically is the idealized version in terms of skill and technique. While Sr.'s punch definitely hurt Baki, he'd been doing additional training since his fight with Yujiro. While obviously his endurance isn't on par with his younger iteration it wouldn't suprise me if Sr.'s striking power continued to improve, not to mention Baki wasn't expecting what was basically a sucker punch from behind him. Regardless of all this, it wasn't even actually Teen Yujiro who fought Ali, but an older one in his adulthood, and Baki got significantly stronger after his fight with Ali Jr.

It begins with a introduction arc where we see 17 year old Baki fight mt Toba, cord cutter etc and after doppo vs Yujiro and Baki vs the doctor we cut to the flashback of 13 year old Baki (where the anime starts) and then back to the current with the maximum tournament stuff. I recommend reading the first manga m8

But I am trying to talk about current Baki VS Teen Yujiro. There’s no way for current Baki to be weaker than teen Yujiro. He is at least an equal for teen Yujiro right now. Perhaps you should compare current Jack VS teen Yujiro next. You have plenty of time to make that video. Right now Jack is more interesting character compared to Baki. A rematch between Baki and Jack should be very near.
