Although they incorporate historical sounds, they do something new with pushing the half note to the max. Finally, courage in music!. They cut right through the bullshit and enter our heads with something so awesomely refreshing!

Saw them live last month. The drummer (who also plays guitar and sings in the set) brought such bright energy with his leg splits haha. Also the chemistry between the brothers is evident. Wish them big success!

theyre gonna be huge i knew it from the first little show i saw them play at. outdid every band there
@miked43097 жыл бұрын
i saw them with sunflower bean and they did not out do them. lemon twigs are obviously super talented but i felt like it was a weird performance like spinal tap or something. the over the top spinning of the drum stick and stuff. it just looked cheesy to me.
@miked43097 жыл бұрын
Joe H i first saw sunflower bean open for no joy and Diiv and they stole the show there. and i love No Joy. the most entertaining band live is charly bliss imo...
@miked43097 жыл бұрын
i actually left before Diiv. i dont like them...i went for No Joy. i nvr heard of sunflower bean. i saw no joy twice and it is a wall of sound between songs. they are constantly playing with pedals and tuning guitars.
@miked43097 жыл бұрын
Joe H listening right to Yak. sounds cool..i must admit that i am drawn to female vox first but this sounds really cool. thx. i go to close to 20 shows a year. the best bands i saw last year were Wolf Alice, Bully, Tacocat, Charly Biss, Potty Mouth, Tancred, Wavves and Best Coast to name a few.

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 superb document of the most gifted Power Pop & Beyond band on the planet, F-A-C-T! Saw the brothers three weeks ago on my hometown Madrid City Spain to a unanimous acclaim, june 2024...They don't include "This Words" in the Madrid setlist and i found the pluscuamperfect solution in the amazing rendition at CBS studios, "Do Hollywood" days...❤

"It started with the Beatles and the Beach Boys". I am so damn good. The first time I ever heard them was a few days ago when they dropped "Corner of my Eye" and I immediately fell in love and told my partner "listen to this, they're a mix of the Beatles and the Beach Boys". Then I got upset when this narrator first said their influences were a mix of British invasion, I was like "you forgot the Beach Boys!" But then we have their dad himself saying it all started there :)

They are great. Fantastic musicianship, great performances, records, etc. They aren’t particularly good singers yet, but it doesn’t bother me at all. I love their music and whole thing, so it totally makes up for their vocals. I’m sure they’ll improve as singers as they get older anyway.
