Hi Danielzof Trextasy and his wife Caron own the original tapes. They strip all the music out so they get the correct lyrics. Once you know these are the correct ones it makes sense. Now if we can only find the ones to I Really Love You Babe 😂 😂

@@fastactioncardsportsdesk3053 - So if that is the case, why where they wrong on the album sleeve? Didn't Marc write the sleeve lyric notes or where they misread and typed up wrongly? Weren't the Bolans Zip gun lyrics on the inner sleeve? I sold that one about 30 years ago too. Think i've got the CD though. Yes just checked, they are on the inner sleeve of the CD. Where they typed up wrong too?

Hi yes they were also wrong and in some cases comically so. They were famously transcribed just from someone listening to them as we would. Also some were taken from the lyrics that appeared on Japanese releases. My favourite album BZG and my favourite song of Marc's Golden Belt so would love these correct words. I have asked Caron if she can help on those. I know it's hard to let go of some of the lyrics we always believed. When Metal Guru first came out I thought it was Melon Guru. One of the reasons we love Marc eh?

I was a fan of his (their) early glam stuff, at age eleven and twelve. And some of those songs are still great. But why does nobody admit that most of the stuff from 1973 and later was just terrible and shallow, like this one? Also his expression, the mimics, the clothes and the performance here make me feel really embarrassed for him.
