man this is the best TP-7 tutorial. Just got mine a little bit ago and I've been lovin it. So glad to jump in right before they added this huge update. I'm definitely just floored by how much you can do with this thing and it's sooo worth it.

just a thought for people who had issues about how long this update took. i felt the same way at first. but after looking over all the additions/changes released today, i kinda get it. i think it was a mixture of things that led to their pause for releasing the update when they did. they probably needed many beta testers to figure out a work flow and decent common ground for the end user. but they couldn't have the product out their unreleased without a ton of leaked footage. speculation about it grows, rumors, constant questions about its release, etc. so they released bare bones version 1) to get out to general users 2) give more time to work with beta testers on workflow. it also gave people the opportunity to become comfortable with the interface. there may be and probably are other factors though.

Overpriced toys for middle aged losers.
@Imetalman2000Ай бұрын
I don’t miss being broke in my 20’s. 😂 It’s honestly nice to have an expendable income. To call them toys is really dismissive of the capabilities and unique UI of these devices. TE is definitely not for everyone.
@meskisableАй бұрын
@@Imetalman2000 TE is brilliant at marketing. They have top notch industrial design, but this doesn't change the fact all their products are overpriced toys.
@robertjamesonmusicАй бұрын
@@meskisable they’re not toys you can make entire songs or demos on them. Sorry you don’t understand how to use them.
@Imetalman2000Ай бұрын
@@meskisable you have 100% right to feel a type of way. We each have our prejudices towards certain gear manufacturers. For example my bad guy gear company is Rolland. They sale overpriced digital recreation of classic synths. I don’t like all of TE’s gear, but I will stand behind my TX-6. It’s worth its weight in gold. From a music production standpoint it streamlines the mixing mastering process. The singing wood dolls are definitely toys 🧸😅. Or the stupid clothes 🤮. The TX-6!!! 🤑🤑 save up for that one.
@meskisableАй бұрын
@@Imetalman2000 TX-6 is joke. Controls for ants and minijacks. For that kind of money I can get yamaha or presonus digital mixer with motorised faders and shit ton of inputs.
