this is one of my favorite tracks from only a lad, even if it’s unreleased!! i love the fast tempo and almost frantic instrumentals!!!!!!!!! especially in the instrumental break when it keeps catching you off guard in thinking the lyrics are gonna start again haha, i wish this was released!!!!!

It was probably just too similar to Only A Lad, & you'd have to take another track off the album to put this one on, otherwise it'd be too long, so adding it would probably ruin the flow of the album

I think the teenage monster is supposed to be Johnny in only a lad and also the guy on the album cover. He talks about being a "product of a modern time" (society made him go astray) and also about hijacking a car (also present in only a lad) it makes too much sense

Randy J Dont worry this channel on KZbin sounds exactly as the source files I upload, even on a good sound system. YT used to compress audio badly but these days the compression isnt bad at all. (High detail usually doesnt do well though) Im planning to make all these tracks downloadable though in the near future

Thanks it’s great to share the enthusiasm! No unfortunately almost nothing has ever surfaced of Nothing To Fear, just Better Luck Next Time cos it was used in a movie soundtrack and Elementary Physics. If the whole lot found Im sure thered be some surprises like the Little Guns demo, Two Twisted Trees and original version of I Stand Defeated, probably more!

Im assuming this song was almost going to be in the final version of the album was cut sometime before release for unknown reasons. This totally sounds like something that would've been in the final album.
