My greatest accomplishment was in 5th grade, my friends and I helped set up our own concert for a kid who sang a lady ga ga song. We handed out tickets, autograph papers, we hired back up dancers (other girls in our grade) and I was his security. The entire 5th grade came to watch and we got in trouble by the teachers because we ran out of autograph papers and so he started autographing people’s hands. I don’t regret anything.

I know this is late, but just because I know there are teens coming to this video just to compare themselves to others, please remember something: You're still young. Yes, it's a great idea to start preparing now. But something I always hated is when adults or other teens or anyone tries putting you down because you haven't started a career, or become famous online, or even had your first kiss yet. Heck, I was being asked to look at colleges before I was even legal age wise to drive (I was a year younger than everyone in my grade, so please imagine a sixteen year old trying not to have an anxiety attack because they can't decide which colleges to apply to.) It feels like if you haven't got everything figured out yet, you're screwed. I remember as far back as elementary school teachers would ask us how many kids we wanted to have and when we wanted to get married. It wasn't until I entered a singing contest at a bar off broadway at age sixteen that I realized one stage of life doesn't have to ruin the others. See, most of my life in performing arts I felt like a failure because my school never gave me a supporting. Even when I got leads outside of school, I felt like if I wasn't a professional, I would fail at life. I didn't win the contest, but the first thing the judges said was, "at my age, I never sang in front of large crowds of strangers. You're so young and you have so much potential." Stop looking at it as, "I'm 17, I haven't done anything," and start looking at it as, "I'm seventeen, I can afford to start today." Edit: Ok, I’m still getting replies to this so as an update, my current biggest accomplishment is that I graduated from my first choice college at 19. It’s for performing arts. There’s people ahead of me and behind me. But it’s my own path. Putting this as a reminder to myself

As a teen, I haven't had many great accomplishments, however I think one was getting through some tough times. Undergoing brain surgery to remove a benign tumor at age 11, and being unable to see or move for weeks after that, as well as getting through the loss of my mom at age 13. However, the most "normal" thing I'm proud of is my work in school theater. I had to do some really complex choreography in a production earlier this year, and do a kick line in sync with 6 other people, and as someone who considers themselves terrible at dancing, I'm proud of that

The jobs sure. But getting off of drugs is not. I dont care how you got on it but people who go around saying that they did some crazy things and did every drug under the sky and then got clean, only put out an impression that people can do the same thing and get off it with ease. I mean who wouldnt love to get high as fuck and go to a rave of some shit like that. Younger people are going to use you as an excuse to 'try' drugs and quite a few of them will get hooked. You are not off it and at anytime you can relapse and hit the drugs even harder.

And coming back to the point of greatest achievement. If getting a phd is given a 7 on a scale of 0-10 of achievement then getting clean of drugs is given a 4. But the fact that you got on drugs and didnt contribute to society positively for 4 years is given a -5. Thus turning that achievement into anything but.

I once took a shit so big it wouldn't flush. So I left it. It was at my high school. People going in after me ran out screaming. And after a couple minutes it became the biggest attraction at school. After a year of intense training to help me with reading I jumped up to a sixth grade level. I saved an older man in the woods when me and my brother went hiking 10 miles. He was walking a 4 mile trail, which was a continuation of ours. He ran out of energy with .5 miles left. We gave him food and water. We alerted the park authorities and got some paramedics down there. We learned, from talking to his wife, that we live in the same town.We ended up hiking another mile to save him.
