Is very you can find a lot of the more professionally made stuff online, though I'm fairly sure most of the kitchen itself is made by hand, she showed quite a bit of it in the first mini baking video the mini food containers and stuff are also likely homemade and fairly easy to make, for example I'd guess that ice cream tub is likely something like the lid off the top of a pump water bottle with a label on it?? most of the kitchen supplies, utensils, gadgets, etc. can probably be easily found with dollhouse stuff, or in sets on second hand sites or places like garage sales :)
