High respect to Amanda Barnhart, one of my top favorite Crossfit athlete. I am glad to hear this interview because I have a 5 yr old and 2 yr old and stress with working out, disciplining them plus providing love and affection. This really gave me the extra help I needed to understand how I can balance it all but only with discipline and time management and priorities. Even though I don't have family that can babysit, but it is possible. Thank you so much of this interview and very excited for Amanda and her husband for their new family dynamic. God bless you both!

My sister-in-law died in a car crash and we took her daughter in at the age of 6. She's 18 now and doing ok, but I can relate to the struggles. Much respect Amanda.
