How the Sidemen built YouTube's most die-hard fanbase

The ‪@Sidemen‬ recently held their 2023 Charity Football Match in London and it broke records. 62,000 people were in attendance and I decided to go to understand how a group of 7 seemingly ordinary guys did such a thing. In this video, I dive into the history of the Sidemen and the psychology of what makes a true fanbase.

i feel more connected to a creator when they are smaller, and the community is more tightly knit. knowing they see your comments, and thinking that you as an individual had something to do with their growth feels different to watching something like a mrbeast video.

Tejas bro! I remember stumbling onto your 'Hollywood is unpredictable' vid a few weeks ago (the algorithm chucked it up) and i remember being super impressed in the production quality, the cool camera angles and how nuts it was that someone was making this much good stuff had so few subs. But then, i forgot the name of the channel and so I couldn't find any more videos! thankfully your stuff got recommended again and i have been binging a bunch of your stuff, you've got such a good back catalogue, i reckon when youtube starts pushing your stuff you're going to grow fast. But i gotta ask man, your picture quality is so clean, and lighting is pristine, how do you do it? Are you using a Sony A7SIII? And what lenses? Cos I wish I could recreate your look its so mint (I know your lighting has a lot to do with it too, are you mainly bouncing light from your cob light off the roof?) Anyhow wanted to encourage ya that you're doing well, and your hard work is gonna pay off soon, I reckon what happened to Riza will happen to you, where she took off overnight and the hardwork will all be worth it.
