This is what I’ve been looking for thank you, great damage for an i10 punisher and if u get the counter hit with snk 1 I think 2,3 is guaranteed but not positive.

Yes, if you land a counter hit with SNK 1, then another 2,3 is guaranteed as well as 4,1 and f+2,3 (mentioned previously). So you get the same amount of frame advantage as CH WS+1 which allows for the same follow ups.

I'm late, but wouldn't f+2,3 be the best guaranteed damage, since you put them in a tech situation or would it be best to keep them standing with another 2,3?

It really depends. f+2,3 is the best guaranteed damage and it pushes them closer to the wall since they have to backroll to recover immediately. Otherwise, if they're far from the wall or you're on an infinite stage, another 2,3 isn't a bad option since it forces the same guessing situation.

It does. However, it's -12 when blocked.
