Yes. When jin is in heat he can do db 1+2 and if it connects with the opponent jin will go into devil jin's cd

Depends on whether Kishin has allowed to be matched with any rank, no. of players online at the time etc

If you put no restrictions in match making, you can get matched with any rank with the other person who has the same setting

I think all characters who slide do not deserve such a free and easy follow up move. Also punishment should do more damage without any recoverable health

Naw law slick trash all laws resort to low pokes and dangerous moves that’s punishable the only 2 I think need a nerf is riena and victor you can do the same moves over and over and can’t hit them really almost everything is safe
