I think the reason why people consider Jin to have the best heat smash is because it is very easy to convert to a wall combo from his heat smash.

Leo law shaheen can combo on et smash at the wall. Others can't because they have extra animations and camera effects after heat smash

Jin has the pushback and plus frames regardless on hit or on block. Thats what makes his heatsmash the best. On hit you get the obvious wallsplat and on block you get high plusframes 50/50 situation

I think it's ok for Jin to have a broken heatsmash because let's be honest Jin has the worst Heat moves.

It's also incredibly fast and damaging. And it also wall splats if there is not a breakable wall. It is the fastest with all these amazing properties

One thing to note is that some heat smashes advance alot during the animation which leaves the distance after the last hit until the wall questionable. Some of those heat smashes stopped right before the wall and others (jack, law) have a big travel distance but most of the times you cant follow up with a combo on max distance. Jins heatsmash is somewhat unique that it has a huge distance after the last hit and he has enough time to run in and follow up with a combo.

Feng Wei should be top here. Only 2 hits with no extra animation and with the distance the opponent will fly, then you could still follow up with screw/combo. Jin is number 2. Feng and Jin only should be on this video. Maybe Paul.
