I'm a fan of Tekken, but unfortunately, I only noticed 2-3 new moves. I know the combo list is long, but I was looking for new combos. For example, Mortal Kombat has some base combos, but they add new ones to each game, and that made each game refresh. It makes me sad why they can't do that in Tekken :(

Wdym there are many bnb combos which don't work anymore since a lot of the moves have been modified - or some moves that used to be launchers aren't launchers anymore for example backlash

@@Frostyfunta No, I meant by new moves that they change them visually or add new inputs with new moves to make it feel refreshed. For example, in MK, Scorpion has some base combo, such as teleport or spear (Get over here!), in each series, you can do these combos while they add new moves each time besides these, such as grab from underground, or slash with the spear. It's still Scorpion, and you can play as before but with new combos. In Tekken, even the grab and throws are the same as in previous games.

Well mk has like 20 moves per character while tekken has 200. We got plenty of refreshing stuff in tekken 8 regardless

@@7GamesUnlimited7 That's true, but still, they can think of adding new moves or changing the old ones with new animations but still using the same input. Anyway, I will play both new Tekken and MK, but since I like Tekken more, I wish they could make it more refreshed.

They have pronounce it and write it like that because there is an actual Korean martial arts call hwarang do, the name is hwarang in korean, and is pronounced with h without the w
