In addition to changing Zoro's name to "Zolo" for copyright issues, I read up on the changes made and was like..."LOL nope." In all seriousness though, thank you for doing this series. It's nice to see it thoroughly analyzed since I've heard better from all the VAs in this (which I honestly think was due to lack of good voice direction since I theorize a lot of voice directors steered clear of this one due to KNOWING it was not meant for American children.) If you're turned off of Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon, try Slayers. It's fully uncut, funny, and has great voice work.

One thing I do like about the beginning of the anime is that it shows a civilian ship. We don't see many of those. With the one Piece world consisting of so many islands with specific weather and resources shipping would be a tremendous driver of the economy.
