Man, that's a cool way to demo that machine. I like the style of the demo, keep them coming like this.

Great test! I would love to see you test the Notka Impact and Simplex machines. They're supposed to punch down deep and one of them will be my next tector. Help me decide!

I am waiting on the Simplex and I will see what I can do about getting some other detectors in to test.

I found that helpful as someone who has done only a little bit or detecting. I sure know what brass sounds like now!

Good video mate . Mid 40s is my cut off with the T2 after digging 2 hammered gold coins that rang in on that number . I'm in England those coins were from 1640s . Exact audio and number as small can slaw . I use the original T2 mines about 6 years old . I want to see boost mode tested up against the classic T2 without the boost mode . That I believe would be the only true test to see if it's actually boosting itself against the earlier incarnation . Thanks for the video . Subbed .

+Anglo Celtic Metal Detecting Thanks Anglo! If I can get my hands on a classic T2 without the boost, I will give it a run to see where it stands against the SE. You are right about gold in the 40's!! I would love to get over to England one day to hunt and have a chance at one of those gold hammered coins! I am so focused on hunting Civil War relics, I rarely think about and have probably missed a lot of gold!!

+BirdDogg I only dug the first gold coin cos I was running on auto pilot . Had small ear buds in talking to my girlfriend on my phone . Over the buds I had my detecting headphones . She was jabbering on about double glazing I think it was . I got a can slaw signal I may ordinarily have left . Being distracted I just dug it . A month later on the same farmers field I got another 46 and was looking at my second gold hammered crown of King Charles 1 st . Gold is a hard task master . As you know got to dig the crap to get that shiny stuff . Keep up the good work buddy . 👍

New sub here! Thanks for taking the time. Having just bought a black T2 SE, I was looking for some button VDI numbers to reference. Looks to me like a man would be pretty safe to dig anything above 50. Thanks!!
@BirdDogg9 жыл бұрын
+GA1dad Thanks!!! Yeah 50 is around the cutoff, although if searching for iron items, you can dig lower numbers. Typically though, you are safe above 50, good luck out there!

I wish I knew the difference in all of the T2 models? I just purchased a T2+ and see that there are three or four other T2 models? I Believe the top of the line is the T2LTD but I don’t really know the difference between the other models and without reading each owners manual and remembering what each does I don’t think I would ever know the difference?
@BirdDogg5 жыл бұрын
Honestly I am not too sure on the differences between them. I had a T2 classic for a while and I know there were a few more bells and whistles on the LTD model. I think at the end of the day though all of the T2 series are pretty good machines.

@@RickyJohnson-nt1km I have been trying to sell my T2+ for 2 years and it has at the most 2 hours use.I can’t use it due to 3 major surgeries and more coming.I have lots of extras with it so I guess it will be sold when I’m dead and someone will get some use from it.

Hey buddy, That machine seems to be a lot like the Fisher F-75. Looks like you got a nice machine there.
