At about 13:55 I think I heard the lady say "That's like a 200 to $300" car. Don't we wish hahaha. I just ordered one of these last night because of your previous video. I'm weak against peer pressure. I'm actually looking forward to owning my first tekno. Thanks for the tuning guide I will definitely use this as I am building my kit.

@@RazorRC Your review and comparison was spot on. I built my kit and took it out for a first bash today. Wow. This truck is on another level. I love my other trucks Maxx ect ect. But this tekno handles like no other. Considering your experience I went with your suggestions on setup. It was your videos that led me to finally buy this kit. My only regret is waiting this long.

Thank you for the video. I think your comparison videos with mt410 are one of the main reasons I decided to get one for myself. I really want to try out your setup, please explain if you've left the B and C pills in stock (single dot centered) positions

Thanks for the vid! I noticed you’re running much thinner Diff fluid than most on the forums and groups. Could you elaborate a little more? It seems like your able to pull off plenty of stunts still so seems like the best of both worlds. I’m about to start my build so I’m researching tuning at the moment.

lighter fluid = more steering, thicker fluid = more straight line stability

Question: When you change the pills for the hinge pins do you also need to adjust the links? Same goes for extending the wheelbase. I just built mine stock but plan on doing some of your adjustments on its first rebuild.

I like your idea of having a little expo on the brake side. This is my first rc truck so Im not entirely sure how. My dx5 has expo but I think it only has expo on Steering and throttle . Am I missing something ? Thx

I have a DX5C too, you just go to throttle expo, hit the brakes so that it goes to L (low/brake) side, and change it to 15.

@@RazorRC Hey there, I have one last beginner question lol . On the DX5 when calibrating the esc (max 6) for neutral ,full throttle and brake . My throttle and steering trims are at 0 or neutral but my brake trim is at 100. Is this correct? Im asking because I cant seem to calbrate brake/reverse unless the brake trim is at max/100. Is everything normal or is it me ? Thx , peace
