Bangalore got early advantage in IT as it's started early in 1980's itself as it has big central government institutions like HAL,ISRO,NAL etc..that's why it's ahead of other cities...IT started bit late in Hyderabad in 1990 's nd lost almost 10 years due to Telangana agitation.but the gap is narrowing down.. Software exports from Hyderabad is more than the national average continuously for the past 6 years.. Most of the MNCs like Qualcomm, Microsoft,Facebook, Amazon, Google etc has choosen Hyderabad as their Indian headquarters.Then there is huge Telugu diaspora working in IT all over the world ..that's why US opened a consulate in Hyderabad specially by recognising it's significance...yes it may not beat Bangalore soon but it's going to develop with giant strides..

However, Hyderabad traffic is filled with all the share autos and normal autos with 5-6 people in it. 2 people will be sitting next to the driver. 3 people on bike with no helmets. In Bangalore, even pilon riders wear helmet. No proper lane discipline in Hyderabad.

real-estate for tech startup ecosystem is a secondary requirement. let the private real-estate players deal with it based on the merits of the business demand & supply. that way the net job creation because of real-estate development will be same which should be the mandate of any govt. i feel the telanga govt should look at other ways to spend their resources which is tax payer's money. for example look at developing tech ecosystem (not limited to startups) in 2nd & 3rd tier cities.

Private real estate players dont provide such a set-up (entreprenuers-VCs-Legal experts-Consultants in one building). Moreover, the space will be leased out for startups. Only one floor is provided rent-free for VCs. It's "a no profit, no loss" as a real estate space, but it will bring money from different parts of the world to the state! Chandra Babu Naidu too has built Cyber Towers (govt funded building) in 1998, a real estate space for Tech companies. It changed lives of Telugu people forever. Beating Bengaluru will be a challenge. 2 more terms of BJP in Karnataka, it will be a cakewalk for us!
