Tele-Play Therapy Day Four :Tune in on “At-Tune-ment” with young children

How do we attune to our clients , honor the relationship, and have them be focused and alert in these tele-play sessions. I think that play dough, clay , model magic or slime are as important to tele-play therapy as as sandtray is to the playroom. Here are a couple fun quick tips that can be done with all ages and young children love it! I ended with the book "A World of Pausabilities: An Exercise in Mindfulness."by Frank J. Sileo PhD . Lots of great mindfulness excercises and an excellent reminder for all of us to take a pause. I help families use their pause button all the time, and this is a time for us all to take along Pause.....
