The benefit of this particular combo is that it requires no maindeck commitment, which means there are zero garnets and bricks.

Yeah, Konami may have gone too far with this. Or perhaps not. I think this was an experiment for them to see if infinite loops can be competitively viable in the modern age.

@@juksleo6257 that is correct, also despite having a very broken combo, the use of hand trap would greatly limit its effectiveness, which is what the latest formats are really showing, only in the case that a card manages to overcome the current power of disruption there if it would be limited to give power to its original archetype

Geonator transverser is quite the FTK enabler tbh. I've seen the Beelze one, the Yajiro invader one, and the currently usable Bishbalkin/Machu mech (depending in the engine normally either punk, dinos, I've even seen some cyber dragon variants pulling it off.) If this ever becomes too consistent it'll probably be banned although the existence of handtraps and lack of negation makes it quite fragile.

The Halqifibrax FTK was over 99% consistent, but it was never a meta threat. Like you said, handtraps were holding it back. So even consistency isn't all it takes.

First of all, love the videos and seeing all of these cool combos! Second thing is a bit of a request: What is the maximum number of cards one player can have in their hand? Is it possible to have the physical maximum of 120 cards in one hand? There are cards like Exchange, Old Mind, Lullaby of Obedience, etc that can manipulate ownership for cards in hand, and I wanted to know if you'd be open to trying to find a way to put everything in one hand as some large combo. Obvs this is also an FTK (via deck out), so it fits with some of your more recent uploads. Scrounging Goblin is a card that is very generic that *can* definitely do it (albeit also not on turn 1), but since the effect depends on your opponent co-operating, I was hoping that that wouldn't be necessary. Amazoness Chain Master is a card that can be very potent, but is also during the battle phase. I don't know if trying to ZA WARUDO your opponent means that your "next" turn gets a battle phase, but that's another thing that could be worth looking at? yugipedia.com/wiki/Exchanges_cards This is the Yugipedia list of cards that swap ownership. There are cards like Parasite Paracide that are not listed there, so there may be more cards that could aid in this goal than just those, but I'm hoping it'll at least be of some help. I wanted to create something myself, but I honestly have no clue where to start! If you can accomplish this, you're honestly one of the all-time greats of this game! I know this is a big task, but I believe in you!

There is no hand limit during the turn of both players, there is only one rule that at the end phase of your OWN turn you must have a maximum of 6 cards in your hand and discard the rest, that's why Maxx C should have been banned in the current formats, imagine starting your turn with 35+ cards in your hand (even the 2 decks on your hand) and take your opponent's cards in field for your plays, the only play that i can see is the use of "infinite cards" for a strategy of 2 turn

Surprised Telefon hasn't been on the limited list yet. Feels like the main reason it hasn't is because of Halq being banned, so it's a little harder to set up doubles.

Morphtronic Telefon Gains this effect based on its battle position. ● Attack Position: Once per turn: You can roll a six-sided die, and if you do, gain LP equal to the result x 100, then you can Special Summon 1 "Morphtronic" monster from your GY whose Level is equal to or lower than the result. ● Defense Position: Once per turn: You can roll a six-sided die, excavate cards from the top of your Deck equal to the result, and if you do, you can send 1 excavated "Morphtronic" card to the GY. Place the rest on the top or bottom of the Deck in any order. Help me out here. It says once per turn, how you can activate it many times in one turn?

So in Yu-Gi-Oh there are 2 types of once per turn card text: Soft once per turn: which basically means the card can use its effect once per turn while its on the field. However if you have multiple copies of the card or you are able to summon the same one back you can use it again. Hard once per turn: A hard once per turn is normally standard for modern yu-gi-oh cards because of exactly shit like this happening. It's basically what you're thinking this is where you can only use the effect once no matter the about of different copies or if you resummon it. You can tell these apart by the way the once per turn is worded. If it's a soft once per turn it will be written like this where it just says "Once per turn:". If its a hard once per turn it will be written like this: "You can only use this effect of "Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring" once per turn.". TL;DR: Its a soft once per turn not a hard once per turn. you can tell because it doesn't have the card name in quotation marks.

Would be soooo neat if you had literally one extra deck spot left for the combo. Would increase the consistency of an actual deck so much cause Halq exists

How would it help? The Telefon you summon off of Halqifibrax can't use its effect. All it would do is put one into the GY. Which means you would still need a Telefon on the field in addition to Halqifibrax. So, unless you're making Halqifibrax without your normal summon, I don't need much benefit.

You could use the Purery cards to make Isolde and do an Isolde FTK, but it wouldn't be any different from other FTKs since the Purery don't do anything unique to help facilitate combos like that.
