The founder and CEO of the Telegram messaging service, Pavel Durov, is being questioned by police in France. The Russia-born entrepreneur was arrested over the weekend. He is accused of failing to moderate content, or to co-operate with investigations into the use of the platform by criminals. The messaging app says its founder has nothing to hide and calls the claims absurd.
