Zelensky taunts Russia at national flag ceremony ahead of Ukrainian Independence day

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in flag raising ceremony in Kiev that the Ukrainian flag would be lifted in every contested territory with Russia.
He made the remarks at the memorial for victims of World War Two outside the capital city.
