Why would they need to repeat 1999? In 1999, Kosova didn't have a government as they were under Serbia still, so not an actual army force, no resources. However, today the situation is way different. Simple fact how Kosovo is a state is there is no population census done since 1990, if whatever nation is populated more then Serbs why there is no population census done 30 years, what happend to Serbian churches from 3rd and 4th centry, what happend to grave of Milos Obilić on Kosovo Polje who was described by French king Karlo VI on wall in Castle Chenonceau as biggest win christians over muslims. Battle happend on "Vidovdan" lose translate is "Eye seeing day" or "Vision day", Serbian Tzar picked that day for battle because on that day was sawn with all eyes wich religion is the true one. Kosovo Polje aka "Blackbirds land" was a teritory of Djuradj Kastriot Skenderbeg, Djuradj is old Serbian name often given in royal serbian families wich is now the hero of Albania and his flag is Albanian flag today, Skenderbeg parents are buried on Sveta Gora and they were serbs father Jovan and mother Vojsava. If there were no Serbs to defend Balkan people a long time ago Balkan would be half Turkish and half Austrian people.

We Britons have had enough of paying for other countries wars. Kosovo has only been spending 1.1% of GDP on its military. The requirement is 2% or above. We Britons are not the world’s Police Force. Go ask an EU nation for money, like the rich Germans. Remember Kosovo is a potential candidate for EU accession. This is not a British problem but a European problem.
