The Church is answerable to God, not to society. St Paul was right to warn the Church not to be 'conformed to the world'. However, in this case we can be sure that God definitely does not approve of abuse of any kind.

Ukraine should be allowed to join NATO , to protect it from further military operations from Russia. In the Future.Any NATO member that does not support Ukraines request should be willing to come to Ukraine’s aid in the event of another invasion.

Russian army has inveded Chernigov oblast of Ukraine today. No resistance was met at all, no Ukrainian army was to be seen anywhere. This was a totally surprise attack. Concerning Kursk oblast: a group of 50k + 12k North Korea military is approaching the battlefield; after pushing out Ukrainians, they are expected to invade the adjacent Sumi oblast of Ukraine. If the west allows Zelensky to pursue his war, the west will lose more of Ukrainian territory for any future Nato enlargement.

It always happens in organised religion which is run by many for the power it gives over their devout and genuine parishioners. Just look at the myriad cover-ups of mainly, but not exclusively, homosexual clergy ‘praying’ on both underage boys and men. Seems to be especially prevalent among Catholics. There the monks on the island in Pembrokeshire, the nuns up to the 1970’s abusing unmarried mothers and the list goes on and on. These are the people who purport to be the judges and preachers of morality over the rest of us for goodness’ sake!

Not a democratic organisation for sure… The Anglican Church is not a single, unified organization like the Catholic Church. Instead, it is a communion of 42 autonomous and independent national or regional churches. Each of these churches has its own governing structure and makes its own decisions on matters of doctrine, worship, and governance. While they share a common heritage, theology, and worship practices, they are not under the direct authority of a single leader or central governing body. The Archbishop of Canterbury serves as a symbol of unity and a focal point for the Anglican Communion, but they do not have the same level of authority as the Pope in the Catholic Church.
