Lyric subtitles!! Synchronized and translated line by line for each language. Maybe they are unnecessary and a waste of time, but I want it to have subtitles in many languages and thus it will 🙂🎬
funny thing is most viewed subtitle is English, trying to figure out what the hell he’s saying lol

“The Jonny Greenwood Experience” is a full length, front row video of his center-stage performance with The Smile in Seattle on December 16, 2022. It focuses in particular in getting close-ups of all the crazy things he does with his guitars and other instruments. They perform their entire debut album plus six new songs.
Jonny Greenwood has performed live 1000+ times over 30 years as a founding member of Radiohead, has multiple Academy Award nominations for his film scores, and is a classical music composer whose works are performed by orchestras around the world.

The Jonny Greenwood Experience: Live with The Smile in Seattle
The Smile
December 16, 2022
WAMU Theater
Seattle, USA
A Light for Attracting Attention North American tour
Starring Jonny Greenwood
Featuring Thom Yorke
And Tom Skinner
Special appearances by Robert Stillman
Full show filmed at front center rail POV-style focusing mainly on Jonny Greenwood
Completely unofficial
*****
I’ve had this project in my head for 30 years, but you can’t just snap your fingers and make Jonny appear with all his equipment and crew to perform on command, and the odds of buying a ticket and ending up at the show with him a few feet in front of you aren’t much greater.
So when The Smile announced they would play a general admission show in Seattle, I booked a flight and hoped for the best, even bringing binoculars to the venue just in case.
My goal was to get to the front center rail and, in my mind, document for historical purposes a full performance by one of the greatest musicians of all time. I got lucky and a dream came true.

@@PeterExplores Yeah I went absolutely crazy during the January livestreams when after a few songs, at the first performance following years of pandemic, everybody starts getting up to go buy a drink or piss idk but wtf seriously wtf. Thom even comments on it when they all stupidly wander back in and interrupt the show.

Lost someone really important to me. One of the last things we talked about was this video, and what a perfect song it is. He passed away that December, and when the album came out on my birthday the next month, it appeared in my music library. A final gift. New music rarely sticks with me passed a couple months these days. But this album, and this song especially. Thanks for making this.

Love Peaky Blinders and I was sooooo happy to see the connections between Radiohead and Peaky Blinders. Of course, no brainer, what other musicicians could get the Shelby phenomena the way Radiohead does? To me, nothing Radiohead does can be wrong. They are perfection and complete satisfaction. If I never listen to another band again in my life, they are enough

Why did it die for you? It's a beautiful song period
@goon-705
@goon-705 8 ай бұрын
@@samcaldwell7022 Honestly it's hard to tell, it may be the pure emotion conveyed live, it could also be the differences in instruments from the live version to the studio version. Maybe it's the slight change of lyrics who knows. It reminds me of the art piece Who's Afraid of Red Yellow and Blue by Barnett Newman. The piece was destroyed by someone with a box cutter in 1986, since then the painting has been restored but people who had seen the painting before it was damaged report the refurbished painting as being slightly off from the original, most likely due to the complexity of the materials used in the paint being inposible to replicate without knowing the exact recipe used. TL;DR: It's just not the same.
