I guess for the stereotypical fat ass American the cup is too small and this is coming from a American who is first generation born here so I enjoy smaller portions because bigger portions I always end up leaving food behind could never finish while smaller portions I left fuller but if I am still a little hungry I can always have a cup of tea or coffee with a biscuit on the side to complete me...

This would probably be around 300-400 (guessing 400 cals) so it’s really not that small. Americans eat big portions(as an Asian American) so for American portions its small. 😂

@@mercedesvelasquez8781 you definitely were not born in America. Unless you left immediately. you just said “tea and a biscuit”. We call them cookies. It’s a small portion if that’s what you’re having for dinner. 3 bites of chicken and some noodles and rice? Hardly any protein just empty carbs. You don’t have to be fat to think this falls a little short of a meal. It’s close, just not there imo.
