this is def. the real dealieo! I have vertigo so I was under "snap" just like that. dozed a few times because it seemed like it had faded off into the distance and at that moment I realize I had zoned out the music to pure silence for really a fraction of a second then im hit with how loud I had it shook me right back to sitting up straight, breathing , relaxing arms and hands and stuff then minutes later I nodded off again and "BAM" hit me again and I spoke to the video and said "ok! ok! Im up damn!" this was intense. honestly at first it felt like a flashback to 1988 or so listening to The Dark Side of the Moon.

Imagine a favorite place, vehi c le or room. You are sitting or lying comfortably there. Suspended on the ceiling or tree limb or whatever hanging above you is a beautiful clear or colored crystal. The good light from above comes in thru window or sky above and fills the crystal . Once completely full of this good light energy a beam shoots out of it, to the top of your head and fills your being to the brim, to the tips of your toes and fingers. Completely filling you with the good light from above pushing all the cares and negativity out through your belly button...once you are completely full of the good light from above, imagine your womb or solar plexus if a male being totally full of this concentrated good light., imagine and picture the one you wish to communicate to. Imagine where they are but not necessary. Then imagine the good light coming out of your womb or solar plex. Shooting out on a nice solid beam, flattening out and forming a pathway , a bridge of light that seeks out your friend. With their Soul's energy being attracted to your bridge of light meeting you halfway wherever they are unt I l you see them at one end of the bridge , you on this end. See them, picture them, remember how they walk, imagine walking toward Eachother slowly, relaxed, normally. You meet in the middle of bridge and look into eachother's eyes deeply, fondly. Murmuring hi you near eachother , raise your hands and grasp, hold hands and imagine talking. Imagine saying the things you've wished you'd said, expressing the things you've felt about them or thought or wondered about them. Any mundane or deep thought or regret or apology. A soul to soul discussion. Forgiving them or asking forgiveness ,apologizing or explaining some misunderstanding you couldn't talk out in person without falling into some old rut of some patterned discussion or just gaze into their face, eyes, and think of them. Think good thoughts, well wishes, whatever comes to mind but don't have your mind so full of thoughts you don't hear their thoughts. Say goodbye and all and ask could we meet here on your and their bridge of light again at such and such date and time...slowly walk away thinking positive thoughts. After a few, two sessions you may be able to call and the old dilemma or problem will be as if automatically resolved, forgiven or settled between you two. What is the best way to meditate?

You can meditate anywhere anytime. For someone beginning I'd suggest just finding somewhere peaceful to sit or lay down. Start by focusing on your breath. 6 seconds in 6 seconds out. Listen to something like this or any kind of calming music/ ambience. Or you can just do it without any additional sound at all. Personally I like to use stuff like this. Don't worry about "not thinking" or "thinking too much." Start to think of your own thoughts like just the background noise and become the observer rather than the thinker. I used to do this thing when trying to gently quiet my thoughts and it was acting like I was listening for a sound. Eventually your thoughts resume, but then I'd do it again. Or I would also pick a point in my room and visualize my consciousness Over There instead of where I am. You don't need to do those things, it was just something that helped me when meditating. Find your own way. There's really no wrong way. Just remember you're not the thinker you're the observer. Your thoughts become like the sounds of birds chirping or cars passing by, in the background. Don't force it. Wu wei.
