Bunny; Excellent book! Funny thing is, I'm not a theologian, just a committed believer and to give glory to God for how he lead me on this journey. A lot of what is shared in this book, was revealed through personal study and reading no commentaries or any other religious ideas. Dr. Baldwin, makes a very critical comment when he says, criticise me and sling mud and degrade me, but please consider the truths of scriptures, his reputation does not qualify the teachings of scriptures....Why won't adventist hear? When Jesus dwells within the heart, the mind is pure and clean. Jesus is the law in us..Jesus is the keeper of his Father's law. We have Jesus in us, we have his Father's law in us. The spirit of the Son dwells in us, and God the Father sees us as perfect because he sees his Son in us. Nothing about us, but what the Son has done for us and we accept him into our life. Simple. So, did Jesus keep his Father's LAW...? yes, Jesus has the same character his Father has, and it is given to us by Jesus, who lives in us by his holy spirit and not another god person. So do we keep the Father's Royal law? YES, why? because Jesus is in us. Are we perfect? YES..why? The Father sees us as such. The Sabbath has Abba in it..Gal_4:6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. We have rest in us, Jesus is the rest..He is Lord of the Sabbath. So yes, "the Sabbath" is a seal who lives in us.

Donald, At my job the other day, My Muslim friend bring up who Jesus is and why Mohammad is a true prophet. I have lots os SDA, few Mormons, Lots of Jehovah Witness and some catholic and Pentecostals. I brought up question, which prophet is right. And quote Ellen: " The Man Jesus Christ is Not God Almighty", and is that a statement of a true prophet. Adventist did not know how to make their point. we can all believe as we wish, it does not make out belief factual or not. my question is who is willing to research the historical development of the Bible so as to come to a reasonable conclusion about what they believe. it takes a man with a sincere conscience to comfort and talk about a subject matter so significant in theological circle and in the streets. to speak about what his research have led him to. when his friends and church family will most likely be against him. i know for a fact that most of the books of the bible or unauthentic, that is they don't know who write them or when they were writing. the man simply wishes to expose the truth and correct what he believes is error. hes attempting to be factual instead of dogmatic.

The verse is self explanatory. The law has authority over someone until " you also died to the law through the body of Christ, that you might belong to another, to him who was raised from the dead, in order that we might bear fruit for God. Read Hebrews slowly for me. It explains the new, better covenant. And in John 15 we read about Jesus talking about keeping HIS commandments, as He has kept His FATHER'S commandments. Those are possessive nouns. 10 If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. 11 “These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full. 12 This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. 13 Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends. 14 You are My friends if you do whatever I command you. 15 No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you. 16 You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you. 17 These things I command you, that you love one another.

Many wonderful, sweet, loving Christians in Jamaica and world at large. Jamaicans, black ppl, Africans, wake up my ppl. Defending arguing, vain attempts to interpret a collection of ancient stories and letters, that have been composed and written by Greco/Roman men, a religion, a concept that was never intended for the good of any other culture - To the contrary, this religion was openly used to oppress many, disregarding the existence of ALL other cultures, used to imprison the body and minds of the oppressed.....the sick and true genius/evil of it , thousands of years later, the oppressed defends the very tool used to oppress them - mental slavery beyond easy recognition, various mental paralysis. The oppressors are still winning, without chains, without trying. Brothers, sisters, there's something special within us all. Call it god or whatever you choose, the life force is within all of us. Maybe, just maybe, attempting to understand this life force from a book, from another man's experience, is a foolish thing to do. This man need help!! He has crossed a dangerous line. This is the problem, when some of us have. When we get all these high pharisaical titles(phd Doctor). (In Colossians 2:8 it says, "Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ." We study the Scripture the wrong way. We need to compare Scriptures with Scriptures, not trying to reason and asking why this was down so. People may have made mistakes in the pass, but the Bible never wrong. The Bible is it own interpreter. (2 peter 1:20), "Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation." The Bible writers never at a moment wrote base on their own interpretation. 2 Peter 1:21King James Version (KJV) "For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost." i understand that u are using "Lord of the temple" to show simile with "Lord of the Sabbath" ... however none of the scripture u gave refer to Jesus as being the temple. Jesus was pointing out his authority over the temple he is not the temple he is Greater than the temple or any temple as a matter of fact....similar he is greater than the Sabbath but he is not the Sabbath ... how can u belittle the Lord God the Creator to what he is way greater than.... ver.21 which say "he was speaking of his body" ..when the leader then were talking about the actual temple..... now if you understand that we are of the body of Christ (which is the temple) and we the members are "members" of that same body. do you see the metaphor .. members of the body are hand foot head etc: so that ver. in it self didn't said that Jesus is the temple to which the leaders were talking about. so the many verses that speaks about Jesus custom to do on the Sabbath makes absolutely no sense when the logic that Jesus is the Sabbath is apply "as his custom Jesus on the Jesus (Sabbath)" or "and Jesus went into Jesus (the temple)" is just so ridiculous. the temple/sanctuary was created for a purpose and it was that God can dwell among his people in it. and that the covenant that God made with the children of Israel through Moses which are ordinances and local governing laws (not the 10 commandment) and operation of the temple/santuary ... which all of the killing of sacrifice of animal and levitical system was base on which are signs/ shadow of the real thing to come,CHRIST JESUS our ultimate and true sacrifice. Upon the death of Christ there was no more need to have anything pointing to christ sacrifice as he was sacrificed! So nail to the cross with him all these practices and were done away with.... we have no need to carry any dove goat to no preist for forgiveness Chris is our sacrificial lamb ....and our high priest present in the heavenly sanctuary which he ascended, and now is our mediator. now we need to realise that , that which was nail to the cross wasnt the ten commandment but the the ordinances (practices of sacrificing) and laws that were writing by Moses (mosaical law) ....this was place to the side of the ark (deut 31:26) that contains the ten commandment that was writing by God himself and i didnt say 9 i said 10 are totally different things please do not get them mix up there is no way christ came to change these laws 10 commandment but to shed more light/ clearer understanding......nor did he came to done away with them. Examine them all one at a time and you will see that all is valid and applicable to us christian today. but what u will find is that a lot are having and issue with the 4th commandment, the Sabbath. now lets move away from christian having a problem with the Sabbath and focus on the devil and whats the problem he have with the sabbath..... The Sabbath 4th commandment identify with no mistake who God is and what he is the ultimate ruler of. exd 20:11 identify him as the creator of this world and everything within, hence he have ultimate authority over it ....this world and its contents is his this is his kingdom Now all satan worshipers, angels and evil mankind are fully aware that satan didnt create this earth nor it content (but like hows he had deceive Eve saying that she would know both good and evil and that she would be like God, these fallen angels believed him), however he just present himself as ruler never once as creator (cause hes not) and this will only point people hes trying to deceive to the real creator, the real God....

CONT'D satan main objective and desire is to be like God, to be worship and to be exalted and this very Sabbath that was created for that very purpose need to go or replace (counterfeit Sunday worship) ....i can imagine sunday worshiper saying that we worship God everyday which i guess suppose to make it greater than observing the Sabbath but thats a lie because if you worship and observe everyday as the Lords Sabbath then u couldnt go to work and u would be very unproductive and i know you all did go to work ...6 day u labor and the 7th day is dedicated for the Lord .... If God say u are to dip 7 times u must dip 7 times, not less or more ...So if God ask u for a day and u choose to give him 7 instead..u are not obeying him, If God say u are to meet him on the 7th day around corner and u go on the 1st day u are wrong.. So Jesus fulfilling the law didnt done away but brings clarity, a clearer understanding that the 10 commandments are divided in two main groups ...love for man and love for God, these are the 2 great commandment ....(but dont forget the part that say ) that all other commandment hangs(derive from, are a subset of) hence the 2 tablets of stone he (GOD)wrote them on The sabbaths that we are not to judge any man are the sabbathical system that relate to the sanctuary these were celebrated throughout the year .... not the weekly Sabbath and if we should take note of the fact that when reffering to the weekly Sabbath the bible have "S" starting with a capital as oppose to yearly cermonial sabbaths .....Now what the writer was doing is to clarify a misunderstanding of the early christian who all of there live are use to sanctuary and cermonial practices, are now been educate that there is no need for sacrifice anymore as Jesus has already paid that price on the cross and this whole santuary and cermonial pratices are not needed anymore. They that were amongst them who judge them base on the old mosical laws ordinances has no rights to do so anymore.... so not because mi sin and never kill adove or goat u ago judge mi or that mi never go the yearly ceremonial sabbaths to atone mi sins u judging me. CONT'D Now i am going to give a little trouble because if there is one thing i know is that now matter which angle u attack truth it still remains truth however the same cant be said about lies and deception. we always here people say that "who is you to judge me" and that "we are not to judge".... why is it that we dont read and understand what it was saying for ourself. Now paul was saying basically that it better not to judge than to judge cause with the same meseaure of judgement u judge u will be judge also ...hence Jesus keep saying and teaching that we are to show mercy and forgive reguardless of what evil someone has done to us however he did not say what they did to us is not wrong. now if i saw u stealing something and call u a thief isn't that me judging u, am i wrong to call u a thief? no i am not wrong but i can show u mercy and not press charges against u... but the fact still remains u were stealing... now if someone told me that u had stole something... i didnt see u did it my self and this is base on a hear-say its best not to judge u and call u a thief when i have no proof. Col. 2: 16 speak about let no man judge you re: theses things FOOD..and DRINK.... there are posinous food out there that are straight up harmful to our bodies the temple in which Gods dwell are you saying that i should not say to you that you are doing something wrong? FESTIVAL.................... is it ok for a christian to part take in carnivals and other heathen festive practices... arent you doing something that is wrong? MOON......................... these astrologer speak about signs and there meaning and your horoscope saying this about to you i.e "u find wealth today just turn to the east and say hi to the next person u see"..lol should christian be starting their day with this inspiration? which are demonic practices SABBATH DAY"S"...... this is refering to the old leviticus/cermonial/sanctuary/ordinance that is still being observe by jews as they are still looking for their messiah not Jesus as they have rejected jesus ... am i not to judge them saying that these observance is wrong? Paul was simple clarifying misconception , misunderstanding among these early days Christians as they where not only observing but judging those who kept these old practice..... the very act of continuing is basically not believing that Jesus is not the lamb that God promise to slay for our sins as these practices all point to Christ. Now, what am I to do with "Remember the Sabbath DAY to keep it holy? I know my life must be holy 24/7 but how do I ignore the day of rest because the person Jesus is the Sabbath? The interviewer is asking the hard questions and Baldwin is consulting notes and referring to his book to answer! That conviction needs to be in his heart and flowing off his tongue! Even the interviewer is simply repeating the responses Baldwin is giving him and he too references the book, but listen carefully to his responses and you'll realize that while there is a measure of glee present there because "one of their own is putting licks on the organization" , there is nothing in his tone that indicates that he is absolutely satisfied with and convicted by the responses he's getting. He's just too shallow to say to Baldwin, " But that does not make sense!" It is not about finding truth; it is about rubbing it in the face of adventists that they have been wrong all along! Baldwin needs to understand that he is not the only person who has questioned, researched, queried, argued the Sabbath issue and while he is using deductions to arrive at his conviction, the Bible is too plain on the matter of Sabbath rest and observance for all those texts to be discarded. The book "Omega" by Lewis Walton, has great insights of the earlier falling away of a few of the denomination's most brilliant and charismatic leaders. EG White called the apostasy the Alpha and warned that the Omega would follow. Those that are diligent Bible student led by the Holy Spirit. hold fast, the day is coming soon. Jesus will come again.
