This one song alone, genius, singing and musical craft and lyric. Thank you Justin. And my guide and teacher, the Session man. Uncle Tom.

This song is amazing. I learned and played in the patio of my main watering hole. There were people there listening to the jutebox. I asked them if they didnt have money in the juke box if i could play a few songs on a acoustic guitat ( Buffin Bob gift). My voice is close to his range so i went for it. Alot if people there never heard the song. They asked if it was mine. I wished but they loved the song, the lyrics, and thanked me. This one can grab your heart and soul. Thank you Del Amtri ❤

And me😊 Being British, a lot of us thought Del Amitri weren’t hip at the time, but this is amazing.

I learned this song on guitar and played it at a thrift store for my friend who was working there that day. She cried and the place gave me a good response and I left. Didn't want to stick around to see if she cared. She never called me back. Kinda broke my heart but sometimes you gotta go for it. 😢😢😢

Fabulous! This has to be around August 1997. When they played The Fillmore in SF, Justin's hair was super short. My wife said as soon as he hit the stage, "what happened to his hair?!!!". ha ha

I do this song, just me and my acoustic, in live performance. Have always loved this Del Amitri song. This as well as “Driving With the Brakes On”… two great, simple songs.

haha - this is the first thing I noticed. I am assuming he must be the drummer but as there is no drums on this song, they gave him a guitar to bang on...and he clearly finds it amusing...as do I haha
