Imagination creates reality by the belief that you hold as being true of yourself. If you want to see a change in your world, it must start with a change in what you believe is true, change your story and believe that you already are now that person living that desired wish. Persistent belief is the key to all creation, the story you tell yourself (good, bad, happy or sad) is the pattern you are feeding imagination, telling it that THIS is what you want to experience more of in your world. You are on the right path Michelle!

Years ago i put so many times the likes, which disappeared from youtb. I like what u do! I do appreciate u. Like me, so many. It is just the media steals visualisations and likes, this thing i do not like because the artist think they are not appreciated, which is false. We do appreciate but the media betrade the trust we put in this media. Patience. I said this just to let u know!

Predictive Ability = Ability to Abstract into Concepts to glean out any "Patterns" (ideally, into Mathematical Expression/s) to determine its "Ongoing" Presence. . . . Life (Abstracted) = Expressions of Math, Cycling over Time. {Abstract: Abstract ↔️ Mathematical Expression}, and the "Power" of Abstraction = [(Abstraction)Nested] ^Power}. And, the "Power" of Intelligence = the Power of Nesting Abstraction = Regenerating more Powerful Intelligence. Interestingly, thus the "Ultimate Power of A.I." = the Power of "Regenerating A.I.," ever more & more Powerful A.I. at any time - over time.

Hiya Michelle! My story is extremely long so I'm only giving you the extremely short version. I was born in 1975 with severe hemophilia. I've spent most of my life crippled from breakthrough joint bleeding and the arthritis it caused. I started lightsaber training about a year ago and was starting to get good at it but I had to hold back because it would trigger bad internal bleeds. However, I started a new medication this year that takes me from severe to mild. For the first time in my life, I can push myself without bleeding and now I feel younger than I ever have before. All I can say is that your videos have been life-changing to me. I've lost 30lbs and I'm building muscle for the first time in my life. I don't need to walk with my cane anymore. Now I finally have enough confidence to put together some content creation (which I'm working on now). I want to put more positivity back into Star Wars. Thank you for all you do.

Great podcast. Lots of good points. In some of my negative experiences, there were positive take-aways. I sometimes find myself accounting the negative perspective instead of focusing on the positive. This can lead to a self-fulfilling prophecy of inadequacy. Also,As a person who is often the Animator of social events, people get accustomed to the positive energy we bring. But this is very tiresome. So when we fall out of that positive state, people can be insensitive because it becomes their turn to step up and carry the positive vibes torch; and they don't want to do it. Instead they criticize you for being overly emotional and unreasonable. It's unfair. It makes us feel sub-par and that something is wrong with us. But we're not wrong, nor inadequate.. we're just tired and need to reinvigorate. Just in case you need it: You're awesome

I definitely know these things are possible and do lend themselves to results. Meditation is good to work on this mindful reframing of things. As a practice it works like other practice. The skills will just be there without thinking. When I was into it I was kinda just taking thoughts as they were racing in my head and resolve them as best I can. Sort of like filing and organizing, not like program updates, those are the bane of my existence, lol. Wish I could get back into it myself but I'm honestly sticking with the spinning cause it's good distraction from the constant sensory fun my digestive system has become the past couple of years. Ugh, I was actually starting to mellow on a lot, then this happened, and now my mind has been jacked up since. But sitting with racing thoughts with this nagging me is a tall order. Still, I have found it useful and you do sound like your brain is kinda working similarly to mine. It doesn't have to be much more than taking maybe an hour a day to make a deliberate point to beat the thoughts you feel are holding you up. If you can do everything else you do, you can do that, for sure. Or however you do it, if you pursue it similarly you'll do well. 👍

There is this book by Napoleon Hill(?) that gave advice, i think the theme was “power of positivity”. I didn’t read it all, however, just by reading a handful of the articles it presented really showcased what a progressive mind set can do. The story about a person buying a mine that thought was worthless, however the person who bought the mine for cheap had prior knowledge of how the earth can shift. So they mined where there was thought to be gold ore. They found nothing as expected, but figured, the ore could have shifted a few feet, and eventually made some money back with the vein they found. Its been a while since i read that, that’s the one story that pops into my head.

Hey Michelle! Your ex did a pretty astute assessment of you. (Sorry!🫣) I get that assessment, too. It's because you stand out in a crowd in a way that most people can't pinpoint. And that means, as appealing as you are, the "pack" will still reject you because you are (almost imperceptively) different. And sports, especially, are almost psychotically homogeneous.💕

Also, LOVE❤ the podcasts. (I can't find #2 on YT?) Glad you're still stretching, George & Ozzy -- yay!💕 They may like the vintage chair because of a "secret smell".🤔 ❤ The cat blanket on the chair and that you gave Baby Yoda some shades (Mando never did.😡) I'm a lefty too, well done on your right hand! It made learning your movements easy because I'd just mirror them. Thanks for your early bio -- fascinating. Keep posting! You are AWESOME!💕
