heads up: a bone dagger spec hit is guaranteed if you use it on your first attack, or if you were not the last person to damage the NPC you are attacking. So use it first thing if you can for best chances of god defense reduction.

If chest-locked can do an entry-mode solo, then my main with near-max combat stats and significantly better gear can do it. I think this video beautifully shows the best parts about ToB It's a real challenge when you stack it up against you, in etry mode this means 1v1ing the bosses, having to learn all the mechanics And then it's super enjoyable together with friends

Ya know, usually when someone gets past a roadblock boss like this, they either unlock new gear, maybe get lucky, did a lot of runs to gradually get better or something like that. I love that, in your case, you shifted gears and figured out mechanics that gave you the edge you needed despite ultimately having less equipment (save the super set)

I don't know if you're still running rogues chest in future episodes but I've had great success taking 2 dose prayer pot and blighted food to rogues chest and running to staircase when a pker shows up. Easy logout after camping top floor with right click on go down stairs if they show. You can also rapidly run down the stairs and slam the door in their face cause it takes a few ticks to open/close lol. Great series not tryina backseat game!!

​@@Tellacon Fair point, I know you don't have full guthans, but I do use guthans when afking nightmare zone since I don't want to be eating a Dwarven rock cake every minute to stay at 1 hp, and can instead afk for 25 minutes at a time. And it probably wouldn't be too much worse at sand crabs. You can just afk it almost all day while doing other stuff like video editing for a week and would probably hit mid 80s in melee combats

I imagine there were probably a billion comments on this already but, getting back to the wildy from Lumbridge can be done easily by leveling woodcutting to ~50 and taking a Waka. Can take it all the way up past the Chins. Can get a Bronze Axe from the woodcutting trainer for free whenever you want. EDIT: Wait... Trainer isn't a chest right? Nevermind lol EDIT2: Could stockpile axes at Death maybe, if the axe is obtained from a chest. That might be legal. EDIT3: Wait this thing is a normal Iron it can just bank axes why am I so confused.

Use bone dagger spec for first hit and you can also poison it so you don't need to bring another poison weapon. Assuming that you can get weapon poison anyway.

After binge watching a lot of these episodes I'm noticing so many parallels to rs3 lol. If someone were to do this on the OG game the path to success would be so similar except instead of raids we have elite dungeons with arguably much better rewards relative to the game. And a lot of bosses have loot chest style systems like araxxor and arch glacor.

Episode 1 has a pinned faq thing, but I can briefly explain it as on paper it's simple: Rules: - I can only do content relating to chests (like wilderness slayer for larrans keys) - I must be able to unlock every chest That's it, but it does create a couple of exceptions such as: - When killing monsters that drop keys or chests, I can not pick up any other loot - If a chest is locked behind a quest, items can be obtained to complete it and then dropped Other than that it's fairly simple!
