@@annabel4175 it's not as simple as kids = worse for the environment. Like the argument of overpopulation; it depends on the country you live in. Factory farming and all that goes into meat production is a bigger contributor to green house gas emisions than travel. It's maybe beneficial for people to have 1 less child, but most likely Kiera is raising her child vegan, a lifestyle that reduces your carbon footprint. Regardless of the environmental impact I said that's the goodest thing she can do to cut her some slack, she's growing fingers and toes and the most I've done today is wake up.

The biggest tip ever for pregnancy is using fresh ginger for nausea. I used to keep some on me because just smelling it would help. Lots of ginger tea! But you're probably over the nausea stage already. Also get as much rest as possible (no, actually very important) and enjoy the precious time to yourselves, while you still have it! Congratulations, with lots of love.😘

I want you to know that what's happening to you...your being pregnant from a truly loving standpoint...will always be a dream to me never to come true. My virginity was taken from me as a child when I was 14....never to be healthy and loved, but more as fear as a rape victim...you are blessed beyond measure and will always be in a loving a healthy light. This, your marriage and pregnancy, as I always had fairy tale dream of a young girl always dreamt of...will never happen for me... is so satisfying that it came so organically and naturally to you, gives me enough joy...to be happy It happened to someone I know (someone I actually felt like I knew---via your videos...fellow vegan almost 4 years now)...and fellow girl suffering from debilitating social anxiety and depression since I was 19. I'm currently 48. I'm sorry...I didn't mean to be a downer...I just wanted you to know that I understand from lifelong experience what social anxiety can do to your spirit. It's a killer! Butttttt, In case you don't know...I know I'm not the only one to notice over the years the strength and growth you've accomplished. I've been following you at least 3+ years now, and you are one of my heroes. You've come so far from the documentary about your social anxiety. You are like night and day! I want you to know that YOU should be l soooooo proud of yourself, how far you've come from that scared girl in the car, waiting in the parking lot for Alex to get out of work and into the car so you'd feel safe again. I know what that feels like... everyday. You have achieved... so young compared to me, what I can only wish would happen for me. ALWAYS know, that you are my hero, and I don't give up hope bc of you overcoming your anxieties and being so strong and beautiful inside and out. You are such an inspiration. I pray I feel true love with someone that deeply and unconditionally as you two have loved each other for so many years. I always wish you two (three) the best, happiest, healthiest lives you can live. Bless you Kiera Rose... you are inspiring people to live and have hope that a life with depression and anxiety doesn't have to stay that way. Never give up. 🐈🌿✌🌻💙 Love you all...including Tucker and all your plants!
