I love your videos, Becca:) I always immediately tune into your videos when I see you've uploaded one!:) I'm also on high protein and low carb diet. In the beginning it really sucks, yeah! Not sure how I found your channel but I'm loving it!! I can so relate to so much you say. I'm 4'11" too and about 3 stone overweight too. Trying to move more and eat less but I LOVE FOOD!!! No idea where you're from but I grew up in Yeovil. Now live in AB Canada. You've prompted me too go and get a hair dye to hide my grey 👍 In the same situation with shampoos etc

Reminds me of that German comedian, he's depressive (really) and makes his depression the base of his comedy, and calls himself "demotivation trainer" and a "failed one" as that, as people seem to like him and laugh, instead of hating him and sulk.

The title is "joy is just a lack of information", and the beginning, he starts with his birth date, and explaines, that it is basically the number combination of 2 major events: Tschernobyl and Fukushima , both atomic catastrophies... and he goes on like this.

Becca that rant at your water bottle has made my day 🤣🤣 I am off work again due to illness and struggling to keep sane, but watching this little video has really helped. I thought the water would have helped with the cravings but then again when food is shoved in your face at every opportunity it defo is difficult. Checking your boobies is so very important, this is why I am at home again. Take care lovely xx

Lots of love to you! Dieting sucks!!! I know I should diet for health reasons also since I am overweight,But I have no will power whatsoever. You should be very proud of yourself for doing it despite the pain. Bad days suck, but you help us know it happens. I have a large water bottle but I think I need inspirational quotes 😆

I went for my first mammogram and came out wishing I was more flexible. The hair colour is fab and I love the realism of your vlog. I suffer with fibromyalgia, ME and depression and I don’t move that much but carbs are my emotional friend (although my stomach, hips and thighs would disagree) 😂😂
