So I’m now starting to vlog what my meal is everyday. In this video I talk about the type of diet I’m on.

Becca! I found out if you wrap lettuce or celery in foil they stay good for a LONG time! I thought that might help you! Great way to eat! So glad you’re showing us! I like lemon juice on my salad and veg.

@@Vlogmeitsbecca or sprinkle the veggies with cold water (with a spray, ) , that's what our supermarket does. (I've read that this way you can even re-crisp still good but un-crisped lettuce etc.).

The salad looks very nice!💚 But I couldn't survive with just eating a big salad and an apple.

It’s definitely been something I had to get used to. My motivation is less strain on my spine so when I’m feeling like I need to snack, I keep reminding myself of my goal. Mum said she felt hungry with me just talking about my diet 😆❤️

Good for you Becca 🤗🤗It is so nice to see you Happy and Healthy ! I completely agree you are eating the right things i would just need them three times a day lol 😂 😂 Until i got used to it anyway. I am loosing weight also but slowly as i am not as strict as you. I eat a lot of fish filet on wheat hamburger bun with guacamole which is squashed avacado with lemon and lime juice and a tiny bit of lavender salt. Than strawberries, blueberries and yogurt with cinnamon. Than sometimes for a treat i have rotisserie chicken sub from subway. Keep up the good work girl 😊You are Glowing 🌞🌞💕💕

Do you not have breakfast and lunch? Is it just the one meal ? I think I would be starving! Looks good though! Still watching so may comment again if I think of anything else to say haha 😂 Thank you for sharing in advance ❤

It’s just the one meal, but now I’ve got to know what keeps me from getting hungry I will be good until bedtime when I will have an apple.❤️

Brill thanks 🩷 Food for thought! The best bit is that you’re eating ‘normally’ as in not getting bogged down with counting and weighing - so apart from your stomach moaning and groaning your brain hasn’t realised it’s on a diet - I like that idea! 🐶🐾💕

Thank you, Becca. Did you have any carb withdrawal symptoms? At the moment my sugar/carb cravings have taken over my life so I need to have a look at this way of eating and see if I can manage something similar

You do get some carbs from vegetables. I can’t say I’ve had any withdrawals from eating less carbs but that’s just me. When I first started on my diet it took a lot of getting used to, mainly because I was used to eating so much 😆. It does get easier I promise.😘❤️

That bowl looks and sounds delicious! How many meals a day do you have? I agree about the fat yoghurt, and it tastes real! I do have a sweet tooth, so I'm learning how to balance that. I look forward to the next vlog. Happy eating 💕
