Kam I am so proud of you! You are really growing into a positive young man. Yes when bad things happen, I believe it’s to get our attention so we can do better and worry about the important things in life. You have shown great courage. I too know how it feels to not have that relationship with my dad. I have been reaching out and taking it one step at a time. I just love watching your videos. You’re positive mindset is what I love! I’m supporting you all the way. Well you already know that.

I’m sure your Dad was being Strong for you by not crying (that’s what us parents do) . I’m sure he shed some tears after he got off the phone. I’m happy you reconnected with your Dad. I admire your strength

Glad to hear that you reconnected with your dad and his side. When you free yourself of things...you will feel so much better. Stay on top of your health and medications all will be good. Blessings & Peace to you!! 😘😘😘

So happy for you, Kam! I just reconnected with my father after about 20 years and it’s a work in progress, but I’ve been able to lift a lot off of my spirit simply by speaking to him! Keep working at it! Even if you all don’t speak as much as you would like, you’re going to be so much better because you opened yourself up to the freedom reconnecting with him presents!

Was a homeless veteran back in the 80s there were two young black gay youths on the streets of Tacoma Washington. Got to know one of them they called him Ali. He was from Belize in south America well anyway he did what he had to do on the streets to survive. He told me he had this disease he seemed fine. One night he was robbed and beaten up. Because of this he got fluid in his lungs and died. The catholic church had a funeral for him 5of us street people went. He had the cheapest Coffin with scrap wood handles but on top of the coffin was a beautiful rose the one who cried for him most was a lady of the night who was murderd two years later the funeral director said you guys went the last mile with Ali. I never forgot him God bless him and God bless you

First off, I would like to say that I am gay myself and am much older. I have always felt and known that I was gay and have been seen high school. I graduated high school in 1989 and at the height of the AIDS epidemic. The one thing I have always kept near and dear to me is to always keep the respect of myself and family first and foremost. From listening to the attitudes and conversations that my mother had always warned me about was to never bring shame to myself and not to come home with AIDS! This sounds brash I know, but we are talking about 30years ago. What I have done out of respect is never discuss my life or personal prowess with my family. I am known to be of a gay persuasion, but it has never been discussed. These new age gay folks want to tell the family, tell the world and make gay become every aspect of their lives. You see it all over the internet with people assimilating certain behaviors, style, looks, cadence in their voices, mannerisms, and sexual prowess. It's no wonder that these new age gay folks are contracting HIV at alarming rates. They aren't using protection, changing multiple partners in bed, and trusting the wrong folks with their bodies, and using drugs which change their inhibitions to making choices. Not bashing anyone, be who you really are when no one is around and stop putting on a clown show so that the world will see you a certain way. Young gay people really think that the world only accepts the happy, entertaining, flamboyant gay and that is always the image they try to live up to.

Many ppl will view your comment as "cruel". But You make a good point. If u look at his video history he went from looking like a somewhat straight man to a drag queen: Wigs, makeup, lashes...

This hit home for me. My dad has been absent for 24 going on 25 years. I’ve went through so much, and all I ever wanted was for him to attempt to be in my life; oh well. He knows absolutely nothing about me. He doesn’t even know his own child is transitioning (FTM). BUT I truly forgive him, although I have nothing for him. Keep being you, and PLEASE take care of yourself! ❤️

I've only watched a few of your videos & I must say that you seem to be an amazing person. You're growing into a wonderful & humble adult. We need more people like you. My son is your age & I pray for him everyday. I believe that he too will be such a strong young man. He just battles with himself often. He is a very hard worker & does all that he can for his family. Stay positive & humble. You are an amazing person & it's up to you to make yourself happy. Sending hugs, love & prayers your way. Edit : Could you please give me some pointers as to how you got back into touch with your dad? My son claims to hate his biological father & refuses to speak to him. It hurts my heart because I honestly believe that my son's anger stems form that. I don't expect him to be all happy-go-lucky with him but I want him to make himself feel better for himself & no one else. How did your mom help you to reach out to your dad?

Anyways, please never be ashamed of who God made you to be. You are awesome!! I still luv ya cuz ❤️
