You deserve insane amount of appreciation. Because to create this video I cannot imagine how many papers you had to go through. Thank you so much for this because for higher studies this is exactly what one needs.

I see all your lectures to clear my concepts..You make very tough topics also simpler and easy to understand.I gave a doubt you mentioned during lagging strand telomere replication there is no.template for making new okazaki fragment.for d, e, f. Why? Cant d, e,f single strand DNA cannot serve as template?

Each new okazaki RNA primer is laid after 100-200 nucleotides. If "d,e,f" is less than 100 nucleotides, a new RNA primer is not laid. You may want to revisit Elongation kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5yTeqKgmJ1_nrc and Termination kzbin.info/www/bejne/p6acXnegYseseas for clarity on okazaki fragment maturation and how it connects to the telomere ends.

I really love your videos but I would like to ask if you could tell me where you find your information from? I can't seem to find similar information as you, so it really bothers me.

I use published articles to assimilate the content - often times, I have to be creative and synthesize schematics/cartoons to illustrate concepts and those cannot be found anywhere else. If you are looking for references/resources, I have it up on my Patreon.
