Such an inspiration and expensive knowledge! Thank you Prof. Muljadi and Dr. Driando for sharing this, allowing the younger generations to look deeper into the potential of Indonesia.

Love tempe so much but the current problem is that Indonesia is importing soybean from USA , GMO soybean. and we use that GMO soybean for our tempe
@benny.pepper4 ай бұрын
I don't see the problem with everything being genetically modified? isn't that the foundation of agriculture in the first place anyway? we selectively bred animals and crops that suits our needs, but instead of doing it manually thru each generations, we now able to directly modify the genes themselves. GMO doesn't mean bad, natural doesn't mean good. The thing that can be argued I think is the import side of things, perhaps we can grow the beans locally here to better support the industry

not at all as the future food! kasus di Indonesia kedelainya mungkin 80-90% impor dari Amerika! kalau ingin jadi future food kudu mengidupkan agrikultur kedelai di dalam negeri dg baik
@xiraoit9342 Жыл бұрын

Speaking about Tempeh...it must be bear in our mind that most of the soybean as a raw material of tempeh, are still imported from USA, if for whatever reason they stop to export soybean to Indonesia, there would be a doomsday for tempeh

abundant resource but lack of idea nor innovation to utilize the rich land. and youngster look on farmer as lowly class or job. then wait till food crisis or inflation year by year. and not only soybean has been imported bt others raw or semi-finished goods too .

Ide yg disampaikan bagus sekali..hanya kalo utk Tempe, bahan bakunya adalah kedele impor yg umumnya kedele GMO...jadi resiko GMO thd kesehatan manusia justru menjadi masalah besar.
