Throughout one's lifetime, there is a notable absence of instruction on effectively managing emotions, which is why I have created this video. The topic I will be discussing is temperance, one of the four virtues of Stoicism. Temperance entails the ability to engage in activities moderately. While this principle can be applied to all areas of life, my focus in this case is on the moderation of our emotions, a quality that appears to be disregarded in today's society.
