⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 愈凍愈精彩 豆腐豚肉煲 材料: 無激素豬梅片300克 豆腐2磚 雞蛋2隻 旺菜(細)2個 辣椒仔1隻(切粒) 蔥段及蔥粒適量 蒜蓉適量 處理: 1. 豬梅片,連包裝袋清水解凍。 2. 旺菜,撕開一塊塊,清水洗乾淨。 3. 豆腐,切細舊,放碗內。 4. 預備醬汁: a. 糖1湯匙 b. 胡椒粉適量 c. 生抽1湯匙 d. 蠔油1湯匙 加入清水300毫升,攪勻。 5. 豬梅片已解凍,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水,放碗內。 6. 豬梅片調味: a. 生粉1茶匙 b. 胡椒粉適量 c. 生抽1茶匙 撈勻。 7. 雞蛋,打勻,蛋漿加入豆腐內。 8. 預備好煲仔。 烹調: 1. 大火在鑊內燒熱油400毫升。 2. 放豆腐炸香。 3. 另一邊,旺菜放入煲仔內,加入醬汁2湯匙。 4. 加入豆腐在煲仔內,加入醬汁,大火滾起,冚蓋。 5. 大火在鑊內燒熱油1湯匙。 6. 在鑊內加入蒜蓉。 7. 加入蔥段、一半的辣椒粒,及肉片在鑊內煎香。 8. 煲仔已滾起,蔥段、辣椒粒及肉片,放煲仔內,冚蓋,大火再滾起。 9. 灑上蔥粒及辣椒粒。 10. 完成,可享用。 Claypot with sliced pork and tofu Ingredients: No hormones added sliced pork 300g Tofu 2 cubes Eggs 2 Nos. Baby wongbok 2 Nos. Chili 1 No. (Diced in cubes) Green onion (in lengths and cubes) appropriate amount Garlic sauce appropriate amount Preparation: 1. Sliced pork, defrost with plastics in tap water. 2. Wongbok, tear it slice by slice. Rinse with tap water. 3. Tofu, dice in small cubes. Put in a bowl. 4. Prepare sauce: a. Sugar 1 tbsp b. Pepper appropriate amount c. Light soya sauce1 tbsp d. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp Add in 300ml of water, mix well. 5. Pork has been defrosted, rinse thoroughly. Drain. Put in a bowl. 6. Season the pork: a. Tapioca starch 1 tsp b. Pepper appropriate amount c. Light soya sauce 1 tsp Mix well. 7. Eggs, beat well. Pour the syrup into the tofu. 8. Get ready for a claypot. Steps: 1. Heat up 400ml of oil at high flame in wok. 2. Put tofu in wok. Deep fry well. 3. On the other side, put wongbok in the claypot. Add in 2 tbsp of the sauce in it. 4. Add in tofu in the pot. Add in the sauce. Heat up at high flame. Cover up the pot. 5. Heat up 1 tbsp of oil at high flame in wok. 6. Put garlics in the wok. 7. Add in green onion, half of chili cubes and pork in the wok. Fry well. 8. The pot boils up, put green onion, chili cubes and pork into the pot. Cover up the pot. Heat up at high flame again. 9. Put green onion and chili cubes on top. 10. Complete. Serve.
