The downside to a heavier fork oil is slowing down the damping circuit. While it will create the 'feeling' of a stiffer damper, it actual will reduce the damping capabilities. It's a good short-term compromise, but not the answer. A fork kit would be a better option 👍

lol fork oil is a great upgrade on a budget as that’s what my channel is about. oil can make necessary changes to fit a riders weight. as always anyone can spend more money for any service or upgrade. let me know how your fork kit works out. thanks for watching. ELS
