Memories! What was not seen was cell phones. Can't be hardcore on a cell phone. Just hard, heavy, nasty training. I wish we were back in them times. Hardcore isn't the gym necessarily. It is the level of training. Talk less, lift more! Thanks for a stroll down memory lane.

Jesus, this would have absolutely been my dream gym when I was into bodybuilding growing up. Small, compact, isolated, all of the best, no b.s equipment, no distractions and no windows. This is the true Mecca for real bodybuilders

I noticed in b@g leroys form was less precise in that he used an exaggerated ROM. i see it again here, on front presses he lowers the bar a tad too much which yiu can see his shoulders are rolling at the botton. Db flyes same issue, lowering the dumbells too far taking tension off pecs. Compare to Dorian who executed every movement with stunning form, nearly perfect really. Worth paying attention to in ones own training.
