Where do I go to start the mission I picked it up and there’s no markers or anything telling me where to go and I just can’t find a clear answer anywhere. I thought the mission is supposed to take place on Rishi I’m supposed to go to Yavin 4 now then what?

ToS is on Yavin 4 :) You can get the mission from any Operations terminal, like the fleet in supplies section for example. Remember, for an operation you need 8 - 16 people.
