I just came across this video and your page. I’m an NRI from America and live in Chennai. We need more people like you. As culture and stories are not being passed on, seeing you explain in such a beautiful manner makes it exciting and interesting for young people like myself to still want to get to know our culture, religion and history in detail. Could we discuss you having sessions for my family and I privately? If yes, let me know an e-mail I can contact you on directly. Thank you again for what you do.

Acceptance of inter faith love is a really important topic. I am glad that there are such beautiful stories of bhakti connected to Lord Ranganathar. The lord eventually married his devotee; because of her pure and unflinching devotion. It is a happy and peaceful ending to a great story. The word 'bhakti' cannot be translated into the english language accurately enough. However so, I would surmise that 'bhakti' in this context would be synonymous with 'desire'.

Thank you. I like to translate bhakti as devotion. It is said that you can express love for God in many different ways. Like loving a parent, loving a child, loving a partner or spouse.

@@templesbooksandscience8697 Absolutely,... all due to Lord Ranganathar's charisma and benevolence. He lives in our hearts. I have always seen the Lord in every single Jivan. There is always a reason to love and like another being, because there is god in that being.

Is acceptance, forgiveness only one sided ? These things certainly didn't stop further invasions .. such things can only be stopped by the might of arms. If Srirangam and Madurai Meenakshi are standing in full glory today, thank Vijayanagara kings and all the martyrs who died trying to save the temple, how are they any less that only the bhakti of women is highlighted and not the bravery of the nameless warriors is not even mentioned??

The souls who gave up their lives are no less. They have reached to vaikuntham for sure. And every devotee will remember them when they will see tall gopurams standing

Brahmins did made unity in between Hindus, instead of divided with cast. Still they are not promoting unity in temples, brahmins are busy in service of upper caste and rich people service.
